It is constructed with high-grade glass, and is dishwasher-safe. The cup size in the model title refers to a small tea cup size, so this brewer makes 1–2 regular-sized coffees. The decanter is designed to be used with Chemex bonded filter papers, which are easily removed after brewing so the decanter can be used to serve the coffee.
